FIND AN OPTOMETRIST (PUBLIC REGISTER)

Introduction

If you cannot find a registrant, please contact the College by email at [email protected] or by phone at 416-479-9295, so we can verify their registration status for you. There may be a delay before a new registrant appears on the public register.

To search by location, you have several options.

1. You can search by city only. This will generate a list of optometrists in that city and their practice locations.
2. You can enter both city and postal code.
3. You can search by the first three digits of a postal code to get a list of nearby optometrists.

For information about a specific optometrist, you may use one field or any combination of the fields below. This search will allow you to view detailed information about every member of the College, including their registration status, whether there are any terms, conditions or limitations on the member's professional practice, and information regarding disciplinary or other proceedings, where applicable.

Please note: If there is an "Additional Details" link beside a registrant's name, you can access information about a concern or finding associated with the registrant by clicking on the link.
